We hope this message finds you well. This is a friendly reminder that quarterly HOA assessments of $450.00 is due by the 1st day of Jan/Apr/Jul/Oct. Please note that a late fee of $15.00 will be applied to any payments not received by the 15th of the assessment due month.

Payments can be made through our community website using the HOA Express platform. If you have not yet registered, you will need to do so to access the online payment feature. Registration invitations have been sent via email—if you haven’t received one, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder.
Once logged in: Click the ALERT ICON
next to your name in the upper right-hand corner.
- A message will appear stating: “1 online payment option available.”
- Follow the prompt to enter the secure payment portal.
Please be aware that online payments include processing fees:
- Credit Card: $15.70
- ACH (Bank Transfer): $6.39
🏦 In-Person Payment Option
To avoid processing fees, you have 2 options available. First, you can write a check (make sure your house number is on the check and make check payable to “DUSTY LANE HOA”) and place it in the locked drop box on the front porch of the HOA President’s house (6717). Second, you may deposit your payment directly at any Olympia Federal Savings branch. Nearby locations include:

When making a deposit at the bank:
- Reference the last four digits of our HOA account number: 2248
- Ensure your house number is clearly written on the “check memo line”.
